1.             To state the existing use of the Land.

The Land is currently vacant.

2.             Whether any valuation was carried out on the Land or an appropriate negative statement.

No valuation was carried out on the Land.

3.             To state particulars of contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by the Company arising from the transaction or an appropriate negative statement.

There are no contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by the Company arising from the transaction.

4.             To state the net book value of the Land, based on the latest audited account and the encumbrances, if any.

The net book value of the Land is not known as it is not provided by the Vendor and there are no encumbrances on the Land.

5.             To state breakdown between internally generated fund and bank borrowings.

The ratio of the internally generated fund and bank borrowings is expected to be 25:75.

6.             To state the name of the development project.

The name of the development project has not been decided yet.

7.             To state expected completion date of the development.

The development is expected to be developed over a few phases and completed in 2016.

8.             To breakdown the number of units in respect of linked courtyard villas, gated and guarded residences.

The breakdown of the number of unit of properties to be erected on the Land is as follows:-

(i)            142 units of double storey terrace houses;

(ii)          96 units of semi-detached houses; and

(iii)        72 units of bungalows.

9.             To state source of fund to finance the development cost.

The source of fund to finance the development cost has not been determined yet.

SEREMBAN, 23 Sept – Dato' Seri Utama Haji Mohamad Haji Hasan, Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan turut hadir pada majlis tandatangan perjanjian kerjasama persefahaman antara Cypark Resources Berhad bersama LG Electronics Inc pagi tadi.

Cypark Resources Berhad bersama HSBC Amanah Malaysia memilih Negeri Sembilan sebagai negeri pertama bagi melaksanakan 'Pelan Dasar Projek Tenaga di Perbaharui (RE)'.

Majlis tandatangan ini telah berlangsung di Allson Klana Resort, Seremban.

Kerajaan negeri pada dasarnya telah bersetuju dengan kerjasama bersama Cypark Resources Berhad dan rakan kongsi bersekutu LG Electronics (LG) melaksanakan projek RE di empat tapak pelupusan tutup selamat iaitu Pajam Nilai, Kuala Sawah, Seremban, Bukit Palong dan Sua Betong, Port Dickson.

Menurut Menteri Besar di sidang media, Dasar Teknologi Hijau (DTH) di perkenalkan dengan tujuan memastikan alam sekitar sentiasa dipelihara dan diberi perhatian yang serius untuk generasi akan datang.

katanya lagi , orang ramai sering mengabaikan alam sekitar dalam melaksanakan projek dan program pembangunan.

Kaedah pelaksanaan DTH ini merangkumi matlamat, strategi, pelan tindakan dan ukuran pelaksanaan teknologi hijau bagi setiap sektor utama.

Adalah menjadi hasrat kerajaan negeri untuk mencapai sekurang-kurangnya 30% pelaksanaan amalan / kriteria teknologi hijau dalam pembangunan ekonomi di semua sektor utama bagi tempoh lima tahun (2011-2015).

Dengan pelaburan sebanyak RM75 juta Cypark Resources Berhad melalui pinjaman pembiayaan HSBC di tapak pelupusan tutup selamat Pajam, Nilai  akan menambahkan nilai tinggi kepada kehidupan rakyat di Negeri Sembilan di masa akan datang.

Turut serta dalam majlis ini ialah Dato' Mat Ali Hasan, Dato' Razak Mansor dan barisan EXCO kerajaan Negeri.

Mewakili Cypark Resources Berhad diwakili oleh Tan Sri Razali Ismail, Pengarah Urusan CRB dan Encik Daud Ahmad, Pengerusi Eksekutif CRB.

Manakala LG Electronics Inc. Ialah Encik C.S Chung, Timbalan Presiden LG.

HSBC Amanah Malaysia diwakili Encik Rafe Haneef, selaku Pengerusi Eksekutif.
