KUCHING: Property investors and purchasers are invited to check out The Hibiscus at Port Dickson during its property exhibition this weekend on Sept 24 and 25, 2011.

Developed by boutique property developer, Kuala Lumpur Metro Group – as a joint venture partner of the Menteri Besar Incorporation – will commence construction of The Hibiscus in Port Dickson in mid-July 2011.

The project is expected to be completed in May 2014.

Upon completion, The Hibiscus in Port Dickson with its adjacent resort hotel that is supported by luxurious full resort facilities and amenities, hopes to achieve a target of 55 per cent guests from major Asia Pacific regions including from the Gulf and South Asia regions.

According to a press release, this project will be a great addition to its other luxurious sister properties, including The Legend International Water Homes and The Hibiscus Garden Chalets.

"We are very upbeat about this project due to the uniqueness of its design and magnitude of size for the region," expressed KL Metro Group's managing director, Datuk Low Tak Fatt.

"Also, being located in a low-density area, this resourt is highly suited to a high demand of discerning holiday-makers seeking a tranquil haven away from the bustling Teluk Kemang or Saujana beaches."

Low said with an average price of RM560,000 — fully furnished and fitted — several units of The Hibiscus at Port Dickson will be offered for purchase on a leaseback option with rental returns of seven per cent per annum.

Although the project site sits over 43 acres of pristine beachfront, The Hibiscus in actual fact encompasses 100 acres overall in the secluded nook of Pasir Panjang.

To feature 654 water-homes, the five-star rated project boasts of spacious units ranging from 770 square feet (sq ft) to 880 sq ft, with its hallmark attraction being the private pools and en-suite steam sauna facilities at all individual units.

The Hibiscus at Port Dickson will also feature a modern and innovative concept, taking leave from its sister propErties' Balinese-inspired themes.
