QA Technical Support Manager – Nilai (Negeri Sembilan)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical support to customers and assist the customers on troubleshooting
- Establish customer data base complete with information pertaining to the secondary processing in the application of MDF and all the materials being used as well as the products produced by customers
- Resolves customers' complaints about MDF and MDF related products by liaising with Production Departments
- Responsible for final evaluation of all inquiries into inferior product or customers complaints independently
- Providing technical advice, support and training to personnel of Marketing Department with respect to application and use of MDF
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Wood / Forestry or equivalent
- At least 4 – 5 years of hands-on experience and / or knowledge in woodworking / furniture industry is a must
- Required language(s): English, Malay & Mandarin
- Frequent travel within Malaysia and Asia Pacific region is required
QA Executive – Nilai (Negeri Sembilan), Merbok (Kedah)
Responsibilities:
- Develop training program for the Quality Assurance and other quality related staff
- To develop and assist in implementation of ISO 9001:2000, CARB quality in the plant
- Responsible for Incoming Raw Material – Logs / Chips / Resin and Wax quality
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in QMT / QMS or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Executive, Strategy Development (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Strategic analysis for decision making – feasibility study for new investment, financial modeling & forecast
- Develop best solution of new business model and process – forecasting market demand & supply, etc., make scenario on various view
- Support to company's critical decision – Urgent order or project, benchmarking and networking with partner
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- At least 2 – 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Senior Executive, HR (Talent Management & Compensations / Benefits) (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- To provide support and professional guidance to all departments in all areas of HR Benefits & Compensations
- To enhance the morale and motivation of employees through effective communication, promoting reward and recognition
- To assist in the preparation of annual budget and monitor expenditure for HR management
Requirements:
